Return Policy
- Please inspect all items within 5 days of receipt and notify our service department of any defect with your order at that time. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before they are returned. Returned items without an RMA will be refused by customer service.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless it is determined that item was defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless defective or previously agreed to by customer service. Slight color variations from computer screen to actual product color are not considered defects.
- Custom, special length, non-stock item orders are not returnable and non-refundable. Normally stocked items may be returned for refund or replacement within 14 days of the shipment date and a 25% restocking fee may apply. Items that are returned used or damaged in any way will not be accepted as a return and will be returned to you at your cost with a reason for the rejection unless previously agreed to by Safe-Access Systems, Inc.
- Please be sure to inspect the product prior to return to ensure it is in good condition and protected from potential shipping damage. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping please advise us immediately so that we can obtain a replacement for you and process a claim with the shipping company. Do not discard the packaging of a damaged item as the shipping company may want to inspect both the item and the packaging for claim processing.
